Meet our founder, Mr. David Broutin, a French man who is passionated in baking.

Working in Vietnam since 1997, David has observed and developed deep experience about the baking needs of Vietnamese and Western professional bakers. He seen many General Managers struggle in establishing a bakery production that can satisfy Vietnamese and Western alike. It’s extremely difficult to find an bakery expert who understand both cultures. With Banneton, we make sure bakeries can confidently operate at their own while still can satisfy their customer’s needs.
